Business Development Manager

Customer / Full Time

Big Picture is also developing a PROMs and PREMs module for the platform that will be integrated into the platform but also will work as a standalone product. As a PROMs and PREMs business development executor you will report to the product owner for the PROMs and PREMs product and work closely with the Head of Customer. You will be responsible for:

  • Marketing and selling the product by both increasing the current client base and managing the current customer base

  • Building relationships with potential customers and expanding our network of potential customers

  • Assisting the team to understand the market by being in contact with customers to assist the product design, build and strategy

Requirements for the role:

  • Good knowledge of the healthcare market with 3-5 years of experience

  • Experience in sales

  • Good customer engagement/management skills

Other areas that will assist you with the role:

  • A tertiary degree in a business or health-related degree like

  • Business Development

  • Economics or Finance

  • Marketing

  • Science (with health-science focus)

  • Experience in Product design and researching the healthcare market

A typical day for your new role might look like:

  • Selling the product to customers (organisations, clinicians, and researchers) by approaching warm leads but also creating relationships through cold calls

  • Researching the different target markets for a PROMs and PREMs product to understand the size, customers, competitors and what problems customers have that we are trying to solve

  • Creating strategic relationships with PROMs providers to assist with the access to questionnaires and marketing of the product

  • Managing customers day to day

  • Working with the Big Picture customer and service team to give a smooth hand-over of customers from onboarding to ongoing servicing
