We are looking for an experienced Lead Architect who will work closely with our product, AI research, design, and development teams to build and deliver cutting-edge applications to completely change the delivery of healthcare for everyone on the planet. As a Lead Architect, you will…
Be a talented enterprise architect who also loves hands-on solutions architecture. You will make a big difference to BPM by leading the architectural transition to a true cloud-based business platform. You will lead architecture across the domains of infrastructure (cloud services), data, security, and platform solutions. You will also manage the business/systems analysis capability. The Lead Architect reports to the CTO.
Overview of Your Responsibilities
The Lead Architect is responsible for:
1. Enterprise Architecture
Defining and managing the architecture of the platform and eco-system across all domains, including business, infrastructure, data, applications, and interfaces
Defining the building blocks for the domains and how they fit together
Determine principles, standards, and architecture, reference models
Direct the toolsets and common vocabulary for implementation
Be the primary support to the CTO and Head of Engineering in oversight of the IT Operating Model
Maintain the architecture repository and provide architectural assurance and governance
2. Solution Architecture
Developing technical solution architectures for the products, feature sets, and non-functional requirements of our platform
Guiding technical leads in the implementation of the same

Communication – you interact with numerous internal and external business and technology groups. You must have fluency with the language of these groups and be able to communicate clearly at the business and conceptual level as well as detailed architectural views
Leadership abilities across technical and business teams
You have designed and delivered cloud business platforms (build to operate Managed Services) and suites of digital products.
Experienced working with java based web 2.0 development stacks and micro-services-based architectures
Experience and/or keen interest in use cases for enterprise-grade LCNC platforms
Delivery experience in the context of technology products more so than projects
Health domain architecture competency, including working knowledge of reference models, relevant data structuring, and interoperability standards and frameworks.
Your Credentials
5+ years combined experience operating as an enterprise architect and solution architect in healthcare
TOGAF (9.2) certification and applied know-how via consulting or in-house EA capability
Relevant technology graduate qualifications (post-grad also favoured)
Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development through additional learning in cloud/ emerging technologies / digital business strategy/innovation/leadership
Demonstrated experience leading high-performing cross-functional teams
Experience working with Scale Ups / VC-funded businesses or other innovation ventures where business cadence and sound decision-making are of critical importance.
