Project Manager

Customer / Full Time

Big Picture is a fast growing, Australian tech business operating on the global stage with offices in Australia and the UK. We are looking for an experienced Associate Project Manager who will work closely with our product, AI research, design and development teams to build and deliver cutting edge applications to completely change the delivery of healthcare for everyone on the planet. The role will be based in London.

As a Project Manager at Big Picture you will be using your experience to plan, execute, and finalise projects. You will be responsible for the day to day management of customer deployment plans and coordinating the efforts of our teams to ensure that customer and stakeholders requirements are met. In addition to managing the scheduling and communications for internal and external project meetings, you will also have the opportunity to lead some of the smaller-scaled projects. You are also able to be involved and take part in special projects eg support model setup and workflow planning.

You will report to the Projects and Service Delivery Manager. 

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for project, logistics and team coordination 

  • Creation and management of project deployment plans

  • Organising project team and customer meetings and recording minutes

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

  • Ensuring internal processes are followed to flag issues/risks to Product, Clinical and Customer teams

  • Proactively spot and communicate trends in customer feedback to BPM team

  • Reporting for internal and external teams on project status, risks and issues 

  • Support department and company-wide initiatives 

Skills/about the candidate:

  • Excellent organisation, multi-tasking, and prioritisation skills

  • Attention-to-detail and quality in all tasks and interactions

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Demonstrates initiative 

  • Ability to work well as part of a team and autonomously 

  • Comfortable and confident in ambiguity 

     

Day to day activities:

  • Scheduling and communication for internal and external project meetings

  • Lead project management on smaller projects 

  • Day to day management of customer deployment plans

  • Take part in special projects (e.g. support model setup, workflow planning)

Experience:

  • Project coordination and management experience in technology/product-led projects

  • Experience in deployment of off the shelf and custom products 

  • (Interest in) Agile methodology

  • (Interest in) Healthcare
